About Whataburger

Whataburger, located on Medical Center, offers a pleasant dining experience with fresh and delicious food. The staff is friendly and attentive, with some employees like Sky and Hazel receiving praise for their good service. Customers have noticed that the location is quicker and provides better quality food compared to other local spots. One customer appreciated a sweet lady working the drive-thru around 11 pm, who was very kind and made a great shake. Despite being understaffed at times, the team works hard to prepare food quickly and efficiently. However, some customers have experienced issues with order accuracy, such as questions about vanilla on a burger or missing drinks, though staff generally try to be nice. Overall, the restaurant is known for good service and tasty meals.
