“I just want to give big props to Alexandria and the cook. A couple came in while I was waiting for my order in the drive thru and started making fun of the manager because she was in a boot and looked to be in so much pain. Despite the rudeness from this couple, she was smiling at them and at me and very kind. The cook was on point today! Fresh food, tasted excellent! 10/10 experience! Hope the manager gets well soon!“

“This is probably got to be the best party's location in the country. The staff is awesome and always friendly. Even when they make a small mistake they fix it immediately with a smile. I actually enjoyed going in instead of going to the drive-thru because being around the staff like they have actually helps make my day better and hopefully I do the same for them. “In my humble opinion, Fazoli’s in Tullahoma does not get enough credit. I’ve been going there since I was little. In a strange way, it seemed like mine and Granny’s place, like we were the only two people who frequented it. I have so many memories there. From one of Amber’s birthday parties to the one time I accidentally spilled spaghetti in Granny’s lap. Every time I’ve been has been good. Everything is always right and the staff are amazing. I hadn’t been in nearly a year after Granny died, but when I walked in they remembered me like I had been a regular all along, remembering what I always order and how I like it. I never feel guilty or inconvenient with my special request to have my pizza baked twice. It’s been the same staff for many years and going back to this little fast food joint feels a bit like home. I fought back tears on my previous visit as I sat in a booth alone, wising Granny was across from me.

I dont know what inspired me to write a dissertation on the meaning of Fazoli’s, but I just wanted to get it off my chest. And I hope that more people have fond memories of seemingly insignificant places like I do. And to visit Fazoli’s when you get a chance, they’ll make it special for you.“

“The personal pan pizza I just got from there was scrumptious! Best pizza I’ve had in over a decade! I asked for extra mushrooms and they piled ‘em on and it looked like they put extra pineapple on it too, which I had thought about asking for but didn’t. Great job, Tullahoma, TN crew!
