I went through the drive through tonight and we didn’t get two orders of fries and both the burgers we ordered were disgusting because the buns were extremely stale. I didn’t even get my receipt for my order, but when I called to complain - there was no answer. It’s 5:44 p.m. so it’s obvious they are open. I do not recommend eating here.
called to see if other Tullahoma hardees had another phone number and the lady who answered the phone was rude and told me to just do a survey wasn't worried i didn't get my biscuit I PAID for then said you'll just have to keep calling or go back there. I said mam I live 20 minutes away. she was still rude.
We wanted to try the new Chicken and waffle sandwich so tonight we ordered through Door Dash. When our food was delivered, our onion rings were left out of the bag, a milkshake was left out, AND the 2 “chicken and waffle sandwiches” were just PLAIN CHICKEN SANDWICHES!!
Door Dash called Hardee’s and was told that they close in 30 minutes so they wouldn’t make the order right. Door Dash gave us a full refund, but we WILL NOT be going back to this location anymore....read full review

This Hardee’s location provides amazing service with fresh food that always tastes excellent. The staff, including MJ and Alexandria, are very nice and polite, always greeting customers and wishing them a great day. MJ is always really helpful, well mannered, and in high spirits, going above and beyond to make sure orders are correct and to everyone’s satisfaction. One customer noted that despite rudeness from others, the manager was smiling and very kind. The food is always good, fast, and super friendly. An iced coffee was on point, and even on tough days, the team manages to coax a smile. For a first-time customer, MJ took great care of them with great suggestions. Good place, good people, good food.
