“My wife and I visited on Tues for our first time and it was around lunch time and there was a wait for tables but a few seats at the bar. We went in and sat at the bar for 11 minutes and no one recognized nor asked us anything. We decided that due to circumstances like this we could have a nice lunch for much less money elsewhere and we left. The food looked decent but overpriced. The atmosphere was close and loud but that was expected for the small size of the place. We may return on a calmer day just to see what the fuss is about!“

“We celebrated my mother’s 82nd birthday at Emil’s. It’s a good in between spot for our family — McMinnville, Murfreesboro, and Huntsville. The food was delicious. There were six of us, so we had a variety of different items. The filet was exactly as requested, the shrimp (ordered by two was fantastic, the chicken Daniel was delicious, the crab cake divine, and my fried chicken was perfect! All drinks were great! We love the old-house atmosphere, and the service was terrific! Can’t wait to go back!Wheelchair accessibility: Great parking and ramp for any special needs. We had a walker, and it was easy to get up and into the building.“
“The sandwich was really cold, like it was pre-made. They gave me the wrong kind of chips. I filled out a survey. They apologized, explained the process. They said I can mention I want my sandwich toasty and they will make sure it's warm. The meat is not heated on some sandwiches so you have to mention it. I was really impressed with the actions taken.“
