The chicken fingers use to be good then they got tuff. We switched to the boneless wings and the same thing happened.
My past 4 orders have been made wrong, and all took longer than 25 minutes to be prepared. My orders are always missing the extras that I specifically paid for, like dressings, sauces, and extra toppings. These aren't big orders, either. They're generally a salad and chicken tender meal.
I don't understand what the issue is, but it's literally every time I order from this Zaxby's.
