$11.29+tax for half a container of salad. There are no knives to cut the large pieces of chicken in our Zensation zalads. Perhaps lower the price to reflect the smaller portions. The Asian coleslaw made up the bulk of the salad greens and the egg rolls were burnt. Disappointing truly, not much value for so much moneyAt least the two men that ordered salads after me, got what they paid for, I feel robbed and you should too Zaxsbys bc you aren’t getting your money’s worth out of the employee that mat makes the salads

As soon as I walked in I was warmly greeted by a smiling person that seemed super sweet. Got my food quickly. All my food was hot, fresh and delicious. Everything I saw was very clean. I will definitely be coming back.

Worst experience ever try to order something and they refused to do what I want then they charged me for the plate that I didn't want would never go to that one again in Deckard absolutely sucks no customer service whatsoever

I've never had issues with Zaxbys. They cook everything fresh every time.
If I could give all zero's I would. Fries cold, chicken cold. Poor attitudes for the second and very last time I give this location a chance to change. Customer service is very poor and service. Employees act like it's way to much to do their job.

Grilled Cheese wasn't even brown on one side and more crust than cheese. Never had a bad one at amy other Zaxby's before May be just this one. The rest of the food was ok, took extra long Though and there was no one ahead of us.

I’m not sure if it was shift change or something, but I pulled up to the drive thru after I just watch someone order and was told “one moment”. That’s no worries, happens all the time at a drive thru and they come back in 1 moment. Well I ended up putting my car in park and sat there for TEN minutes while cars were coming up behind me. Who in the world goes through a drive thru for convenience to have to wait ten minutes to order something. And when someone finally came back, seriously after 10 minutes, they acted like it was a pain to have me order. Terrible service and management. I like our zaxbys food most of the time, but the service is rough probably because they can’t keep help because of poor management.

if you are handicap and can't get out if he car to walk in, don't order ahead, go to drive through window and ask for your order . they will absolutely NOT give it to you! even though you paid in advance and at this time in this day there were no cars in the line. You must get out and go in! no reason. they just can't. I'll be passing them up from now on
