We came through the drive through and our order was taken correctly and was printed on the receipt correct. But the two chicken sandwiches we ordered were made completely wrong and they forgot our onion rings. We ended up having to go back into the restaurant three times and the girl running drive through had an attitude while the kitchen guy was in Lala land. But the little girl up front was very sweet and apologetic.
The general manager Tammy is nothing short of just ABSOLUTELY RUDE!!!!! I honestly do not see how this lady ever became a general manager considering she does not know how to speak to customers when the problem was a mistake that they made not me then accuse a customer of already getting the food they was suppose to replace. Are you kidding me I would recommend Tullahoma Dairy Queen over this managers in Tullahoma are awesome and know how to actually be nice to customers!!

We were returning to our cabin from our visit and tour of Old Stone Fort State Park in Manchester, Tennessee. We just wanted a quick lunch and were not disappointed at Dairy Queen Grill & Chill. We all had different selections for lunch and all were good. The blizzards after lunch were great, as expected. We missed the lunch crowd, needless to say the service was great and friendly.
