“10pm on the 4th Of July, line was crazy long, and they were sooooo great. Our food, which was a large order, was all correct. We had interactions with two employees and both were so customer friendly. We don’t experience that kindness very often.“

“We have had Melody two different times when dining in. She is so sweet and pleasant. On the second visit (7/3/26) my daughter redeemed her AR points, she chose to redeem her small cone. As my daughter was eating it, she accidentally dropped it on the floor. I cleaned it up and threw it away. I had a kids cone slip from the last kids meal visit and I went to redeem it cause she dropped hers. She replaced the cone. This not only made my day but my daughters too. Melody is a blessing and glad Winchester location has her heart! Thank you Melody!“

“I can honestly say that this was the best burger I’ve had in a very long time. It actually tasted like a burger for a change, and the other added ingredients were fresh and plentiful. Thank you for a great lunch. And hey, their ice cream machine actually works!“

“My family and I came in to eat a few weeks ago the young lady named Shea that was behind the counter that took our order when I say this young lady is amazing my husband came in with our children before I came in my husband doesn't speak good English this young lady spoke fluent Spanish and wasn't rude most places my husband goes there always one rude person that say speak English whatever whatever never the less this girl took our order as sweet as day she was getting her butt handed to her she was going back and forth from the kitchen to behind the counter y'all need to hire more people like her we finally got our food and she was sweet enough to walk our food out to us so we didn't have to get up we started talking she was explaining to me that this was just one of her many jobs this girl works two full times jobs because one job doesn't even make ends meet I agreed with her in this day and age money is most definitely important give this girl some praise we need more people like Shea in this world“

“PSA I was told that McDonald's has the right to double and triple charge your cards when you use the Kiosk. No wonder they insist on you using it. I called and I was told "Sometimes "PENDING" Charges will go on there, u have to wait 5 to 7 business days, then after that they can see about getting you, your money back". The account is now in the hole, and has overdraft charges because McDonald's feels it has a " right" to my money more than I do. There is no such thing as " Pending" or else the money would be there! Will they accept a "Pending" payment from me?“
