“The wait felt like forever\! I got to the drive\-thru around 9:00 PM and finally received my food at about 9:26 PM\. However, I want to make it clear that this review is **not meant to shame Krystal by any means**\. Instead, I want to brag on the young lady and young man who were working inside tonight\.

The drive\-thru line was wrapped around the building, and yes, it definitely took a little while to get my food\. But once I finally got it, I have to say—I have **never had Krystal that was this good\!** Everything was literally pulled fresh from the grill, and you could tell it was fresh and hot\.

With the homecoming football game happening right next door, there were obviously a ton of people at Krystal\. On top of that, the Lincoln County Fair is going on right now, which means even more people are out and about\. With all of that going on, I honestly wasn’t expecting the food to be as good as it was\.

But to my surprise, it was **absolutely worth the wait\!**

“My wife and I visited this location on 24 September, 2025. We were very disappointed with the experience. The order process was slow, and there were no clean tables. I had to ask an employee if they could clean a table for us. The task was done without a word, or smile, and when we said “thank you”, there was no response. The table was left sopping wet with no offer to dry it. I had to get napkins and dry it myself. The food was good, but the cleanliness of the place left much to be desired. There was an unidentifiable object beneath the drink dispenser, that appeared to be a cake carcass or a trash bag. Before leaving, I visited the men’s room. Big mistake. The waste can was overflowing and there was a huge pile of used paper towels on the floor near the trash can. “There are managers who yell at full voice capacity to the employees from across the restaurant. Which, of course, the employees yell back from kitchen to manager opposite end of restaurant. So loud you can't hear who you're sitting next to. The Locations Owner should expect at least simple manners and good leadership by Management.“
