“My wife and I visited this location on 24 September, 2025. We were very disappointed with the experience. The order process was slow, and there were no clean tables. I had to ask an employee if they could clean a table for us. The task was done without a word, or smile, and when we said “thank you”, there was no response. The table was left sopping wet with no offer to dry it. I had to get napkins and dry it myself. The food was good, but the cleanliness of the place left much to be desired. There was an unidentifiable object beneath the drink dispenser, that appeared to be a cake carcass or a trash bag. Before leaving, I visited the men’s room. Big mistake. The waste can was overflowing and there was a huge pile of used paper towels on the floor near the trash can.
