The wait felt like forever\! I got to the drive\-thru around 9:00 PM and finally received my food at about 9:26 PM\. However, I want to make it clear that this review is **not meant to shame Krystal by any means**\. Instead, I want to brag on the young lady and young man who were working inside tonight\.

Very fresh food, clean bathrooms, and it was just a very nice atmosphere with friendly workers!!
They were so good to give us 2 giant glasses of ice water when we were having car trouble outside. They went above and beyond great customer care. Plus, the French fries 🍟 were tasty too!

Krystal restaurant offers a mix of experiences. Food is fresh and correctly prepared, with neat and organized take-out bags. Service is generally polite and quick, with a professional atmosphere. The exterior is tidy and clean. However, some reviews mention a dirty environment, with trash and unclean areas. While some customers highlight good service and friendly staff, others have noted instances of rudeness. The restaurant also offers wheelchair accessibility beyond ADA requirements. Prices are affordable, and while some customers have had impressive experiences and plan to return, others have mentioned inconsistency in quality and cleanliness, which may affect their decision to come back.
