Ordered the pick 5, 2 cheese Krystal, 2 chili cheese pups, and a fry. I was asked to pull around because the pups were cooking. I waited about 15 minutes and finally went inside. I heard an employee say, " This chili looks bad," but he used it anyway. My fries were cold, the burgers were so cold they didn't even melt the cheese. It was a waste of money and my time. I'm done with this place.

One of the worst Kristals I ever been to bad service food is cold and I always have to wait 25-40min to get a sackfull combo and buns were hard and stale it is every day you have to wait for food or sit at the men's and none will take my order till i drive to windows and knock for them to say they have stop taking orders with only one other customer waiting for their order

Ordered on line ove $72 worth of food. Sent my nephew to pickup. The resturaunt was closed. Online it was not noted that It was closed. I have contact the feedback department 3 times heard nothing and still haven't gotten my food or money yet to date

Very rude service! Waited at the drive thru menu for more than 5 minutes. Person came on speaker telling me to give my order when I was ready. Then interrupted me to tell me he was talking to someone else. I was giving my order and was told to repeat myself that he couldn't hear me. I spoke louder and slower so I could place my order. Then was refused service because he said I didn't have to talk to him like he was slow. I then said I wasn't that I was just trying to make it clear to be heard. He told me to go somewhere else! This happened in Fayetteville TN. I will not be back since service gets refused and is rude. This is why it's going downhill anyway!

Little on the dirty side . Trash was over runth. I could see in the back not do clean. The employees was hollering in the back. I'm from out of town and I do like to eat at Krystals but I don't think I will be back there.
