“The burgers never disappoint and the bacon is usually crispy. Onion rings are really good, so is the BBQ and the Philly Steak. For made to order, it doesn't take long either. I've had really nice servers consistently for the last 6 months or so too.“
“Great place to grab some good food. We had burgers with fries and onion rings. All of our food was excellent! I would recommend this place to anyone.Pros: Super nice server. Food was cooked from scratch and everything on my plate tasted fresh. “Wow!!! Is all I can say. What a Great Experience at an Authentic Barbecue restaurant. This is a true mom and Pop barbecue joint that takes tremendous pride in their cooking! I met my friends in there, kids there for lunch the day before Thanksgiving, and the food was terrific. As you walk in the door, you walk straight to the counter and can see them preparing the food in the kitchen behind where you place your order. The menu is on the wall behind the register and is very easy to read. I chose the sampler platter which had pulled pork ,pulled chicken, pork ribs and brisket, (The brisket being so tender was my favorite). It being the day before Thanksgiving they were very busy. We sat down in the dining room area, which has very nice floors, wood walls, and tall ceiling with a Tv. it was very clean and nice, and we had a great time catching up with my friends while we waited on the food. When it came out, it was amazing and they kept bringing out different sauces for us and asking if we needed anything. My friend got the wings and let me try one and it was very meaty and delicious! Am pretty sure that by the time we left that every person that worked there came and checked on us, including the Pit-Master and I believe it was his wife that prepared the food in the back. The young lady that took our order, kept our water glasses refilled with plenty of ice. The portions were great and I was very impressed with the flavor of the food. We already have plans to meet back there again. I will definitely be telling all our friends about how great it was!“
“I’ve been going here for years. I’ve always had good service, fresh food and all done in a timely manner. Maybe out of ten years had my order messed up once or twice. Don’t know why the reviews are bad. It’s McDonald’s not Texas Roadhouse guys. Love the Ardmore location.“
“Gordos Street Tacos in Ardmore was really good. We are food truck fans … especially street tacos. We tried the spicy pork and chicken and both were good. Lots of food for the price and these came with beans and rice. The green sauce was very good, but you had better taste the red sauce before you commit to putting it on your tacos … spicy! They have a nice place to sit with overhead cover. One thing I did miss on these street tacos that is a favorite for us with a few other food trucks is the pickled vegetables because it cuts through the salt a bit (kinda like the cherry on the sundae for a tacos). Great place and we will be back!“
