“My first time visiting a Jack's. The menu was varied and broad. There were buger combos, chicken dinner options, vegetable selections, and the gamut of dessert treats on the menu. Using the drive-thru, we received lightening fast service. The 2-piece chicken dinner was fast-food delightful.Make sure you ask for condiments and napkins. They omitted providing us with any.Despite this minor hiccup, we are now Jack's fans.“
“Stopped in for quick lunch on Thursday, 1 pm,January 25, 2024. Only 2 employees running the entire store. My star ratings are for nothing but these 2 employees. Considering the circumstances, they provided exceptional food and service. Management should be shamed for this situation they were put in. If employees don't show up then it's Management responsibility to work. The 2 employees running the show today deserve a large bonus.“

“We visited last night (Saturday July 15th 2023) and it was our first time visiting. We met up with some friends and sat out back and had a few of the amazing beers and great food!! The food was awesome! We ordered pretzels and beer cheese, The American Bratwurst and the Brat-chos (bratwurst nachos)! Everything was perfect. The atmosphere was great and everyone was super friendly. This is a hidden gem and our new favorite place in town!! My wife is originally from northern Michigan and grew up a packers fan, so the fact that this is an official Packers bar makes it even better.“
“Great food with unbeatable prices and great service. Their grilled cheese is better than Melt Huntsville because they take the time to grill both sides of the bread. I was surprised a family of 3 ate with drinks for under $20 when everywhere else we've been spending $50-60 and just getting water with our food. Will be returning.Vegetarian options: Their grilled cheese is great.“
“First time being here. Everything was great. We had two gentlemen checking on us the entire time and we never went without anything we needed. Food came out fast and hot. Our main server was the bartender, he was super sweet and did a great job.“

“/24 Food presentation has improved. Burger continues to be just ehh, fries where still very good. Service was nice, with HassanJ being the order taker, providing good service. Overall the interior was clean but the top of the air conditioning/heating tubes where caked with dust and grimy looking. Glad I did not sit under them. Seems to be improving but it's still only a burger joint. Will try it again in another year...Ehhh... I'm glad I waited for all the madness to die down before attempting to eat there. In all honesty it was OK but nothing spectacular that would make me say I gotta have a Freddy's burger NOW! Food was OK. the hamburger meat, well I can't describe it, but the hamburger looked like it was run over by a deuce and a half. The fries were probably the best thing out of the bag. The Drive through person (ChasityG?) though was very attentive, friendly and helpful. Will I go back, hard to say but it will depend on how hungry or desperate I am. Sorry to burst anyone's bubble.“
“It was my first time here and man.. this place is sooooo good! I got the double cheeseburger and fries and it was all so filling and tasty for a reasonable price! I will definitely be coming back soon. My only nitpick was the burger was a little more over-cooked than I’m accustomed to but it was still very good!“
