Tried calling to order my son a birthday cake. Called and was hung up on when telling them what I wanted to order. Called back multiple times, and they don't answer. Finally got them back, and was told I would be called back this evening by the cake decorator. Didn't get a call, and tried to call again and no one will answer. I highly doubt I'll get to even place an order at this point. It's beyond ridiculous. Horrible service.
over the past service has become much slower and the lack of care is evident. last two times my orders have been wrong (employre even admitted he made a mistake but never offered to correct it), and the wait times have been far too long. Last time the drive through speaker was broken and ot took nearly 40 minutes to order and get my items. what has happened to this location?
