It is hit or miss at this location for service. Sometimes they are right on point and others not so much. The food is usual McDonald's menu so you already know they have what you came for. I was kind of shocked when I went in this weekend and ordered one of my favorite all time items, the steak egg and cheese bagel. Instead of the normal "steak" patty there was a hamburger patty. I wrote a very poor review on McDonald’s in Harvest a few months ago due to very poor service at this location on a daily basis.I go to this McDonalds every day due to its location on my way in each day.I have noticed a mark improvement with the new employees attitudes and service in the lat 3 months.The service has been fast and courteous recently.Thank you for the changes you have made to improve your service!

Like others have said, it’s very hit and miss. Lots of misses, especially in the customer service arena. I’ve eaten at this specific location at least 20 times, and in all but two of those, the general atmosphere is that the employees see the customers as a burden. It makes for a very uncomfortable atmosphere.
