“I ordered my meal on the app. It was very user friendly and thorough. The app stated my order would be ready in 10 minutes but I got there in around 7 and my order was ready and fresh. I didn’t go inside but the employee at the drive through had a great attitude and was friendly. 😊“

“I was very impressed! When I pulled up to Sonic, the line was wrapped around the building. They got the line down quickly. The person in the window was sweet and pleasant. I know firsthand, from working in the food service industry, how demanding a busy day can be. She didn't let the stress show. I told her I was surprised by 2 meals being 30 bucks and some change, but I explained that I understood the increase in pricing and whatnot. “I went to pick up a doordash and I ended up waiting about 30 minutes bc come to find out they had not even started it because their computers were messed up. I finally asked about it and one of the managers pulled it up on her iPad and apologized and got the order ready after that. As are a lot of places in Scottsboro I think they stay short-handed.“
