“It has been a 3 year running joke that Captain D's is one of the best restaurants in Scotsbourough. My girlfriend's family is always suggesting I go. I have resisted the whole time. I was very impressed by the quality of the food I received, but also by the way they made you feel in these times of Coronavirus. Well done Captain D's, well done!“

“Usually love Sonic, get a frozen refresher there all the time since I first tried one. Only I have to take it home and mix it up unless I want to drink the 2 inches of thick puree at the bottom that doesn’t ever get mixed in. Usually not a problem except today I’m throwing it out. Also received an Ultimate Meat and Cheese burrito today with and ate it to find no meat whatsoever in it so there’s that. Service is always great but damn, out of 20 frozen refreshers I’ve ordered, only maybe 2 were mixed together and didn’t just have puree on the very bottom to choke on.“

“So I eat here nearly every time I am in the area…approximately four times a year. The pizza is always good and the restaurant fairly clean. When I arrived on my most visit, the hostess loudly reminded me and everyone else that the buffet did not begin until 11am. I’ve been patronizing Pizza Hut buffets for over 20 years and I am WELL aware of the start time. I arrive early to beat the crowd. Again, the food was fine, although there was a very short supply of pan pizza on the bar. I’ll be back, and most likely about 10:50 am again.“

“I ordered my meal on the app. It was very user friendly and thorough. The app stated my order would be ready in 10 minutes but I got there in around 7 and my order was ready and fresh. I didn’t go inside but the employee at the drive through had a great attitude and was friendly. 😊“

“I went to pick up a doordash and I ended up waiting about 30 minutes bc come to find out they had not even started it because their computers were messed up. I finally asked about it and one of the managers pulled it up on her iPad and apologized and got the order ready after that. As are a lot of places in Scottsboro I think they stay short-handed.“

“I have not eaten at a Burger King in more than 10 years due to dietary and health concerns. However, when I did eat there years ago, I certainly do not remember the fare being as delicious as the food I was served today!

First of all, the restaurant was impeccably clean, both inside and out. The entire staff was doing “Burger King things” rather than shucking and jiving behind the counter. Their customer service skills were without equal, with words like “please” and “thank you” being used liberally. Their attire was clean and neat.

I did have to wait a few minutes for my food, but it was well worth it! When I opened the bag, the food was hot, tasty, well presented, and obviously prepared with care. That is a refreshing change from the many hamburgers you receive through drive-thrus that look as though they have been run over by a bus!

I was truly impressed. Yes, I know it is “only a Burger King,” but this is a well-run and well-managed restaurant. Dare I say it should be the flagship for the entire nation and perhaps even the global franchise.

Great job training and developing people who understand what SERVICE and QUALITY really means.
