The Folks at Sonic in Fort Payne always try their best to make your food and visit a pleasant experience. If you have an issue, tell them they will do their very best to make things right.. While the whole world has been closed in someway the last 18 months due to the covid virus, Sonic Fort Payne has been open taking care of their Customers, I should know I visit often!!! Great Folks! “Stopped for a 10am brunch. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Food had great flavor and I felt appreciated as a customer. Crinkle cut fries were very well seasoned offering a welcome change of pace from other fries. Burgers were great. Going to try the fried chicken next time“

“This particular Subway store has always consistently provided decent food and prompt and courteous service. Teresa is a great Subway employee. She always takes the time to build a good sub for me and is kind and friendly. It would be great if Subway would start cutting their own sandwich meats fresh at the store and perhaps fix their website and app so that online ordering is easier and more reliable. But those are corporate decisions and issues.“

“My wife likes their salads so we stopped while on a road trip. She ordered the fried chicken house salad and I ordered house salad with grilled chicken. My wife said she would give the food a 4, but I am more inclined to give it a 3.

Th salads, they call them them Zalads, are mostly lettuce with pieces of chicken, cheese, and crispy onion straws on top. And oh, there is also the occasional bit of cucumber tomato, and purple cabbages in it as well. I thought that the lettuce wasn’t very crisp.“

“10/22/23: Came in and there were only two workers running the whole place. Yes we waited longer for food and ice cream but the two ladies attitudes were so good for being in a stressful situation. Wanted to give them a little praise.“

Not sure what the problem was, but we were asked to wait when we finally got to the menu board, then we waited again at the window. The food was great which kind of made up for the long wait. It appeared they might have been short handed.“
