“The Fort Payne Sonic ”IS” the best Sonic!! I have tried other Sonic drive-Ins, but have been disappointed at most all of them! The Folks at Sonic in Fort Payne always try their best to make your food and visit a pleasant experience. If you have an issue, tell them they will do their very best to make things right.. While the whole world has been closed in someway the last 18 months due to the covid virus, Sonic Fort Payne has been open taking care of their Customers, I should know I visit often!!! Great Folks! “Found this place on a recent trip to Fort Payne, Alabama.
Never got the chance to eat lunch or dinner but the Breakfast is an Amazing Deal! Grits are thick and Buttery, Great Gravy Biscuits, Eggs were light and fluffy!
Staff was fun and super friendly!“

“We stopped in on the way to Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, TN. We don't have any Pizza Hut location with sit down dining in our hometown anymore (Tuscaloosa, AL area). I'm glad we stopped here. The thin crust pizza here is something I sure miss. Yeah, we can order it to go at home, but sitting in the restaurant and eating it fresh was definitely a better experience. This location has the all you can eat buffet during the weekday hours. Unfortunately, we didn't get to utilize that, but I probably would've eaten too much if we did 😂 Overall, great experience, friendly staff, and we'll be back for sure on our way back through.“

“I was told to wait at the drive through speaker to hear them call back my mobile (app) order. However, it aas raining pretty bad so after the order flashed on the screen, I wait a minute or so and pulled forward. This is because I was getting drench from the rain and if I rolled up my window I would not be able to hear them anyway. At the window, the young lady told me I could not get order bc I was supposed to wait at the speaker for them to call it back. After I reminded her of the rain and explained she repeated herself. I told her to forget my order and left. I didn't need it repeated back. I ordered on the app. Will NOT eat at this location again! They need to use common sense!“

“My wife likes their salads so we stopped while on a road trip. She ordered the fried chicken house salad and I ordered house salad with grilled chicken. My wife said she would give the food a 4, but I am more inclined to give it a 3.

Th salads, they call them them Zalads, are mostly lettuce with pieces of chicken, cheese, and crispy onion straws on top. And oh, there is also the occasional bit of cucumber tomato, and purple cabbages in it as well. I thought that the lettuce wasn’t very crisp.“

“10/22/23: Came in and there were only two workers running the whole place. Yes we waited longer for food and ice cream but the two ladies attitudes were so good for being in a stressful situation. Wanted to give them a little praise.“

“We waited for quite a while in drive through and there was only one car ahead of us. Not sure what the problem was, but we were asked to wait when we finally got to the menu board, then we waited again at the window. The food was great which kind of made up for the long wait. It appeared they might have been short handed.“
