At least i should get a complementary cookie or something for the delayed, the wrong order and the gas i spent coming back to get the Wright order. But nope nothing. The customer service it's declining, they should start training the managers better. I know is not the servers fault because it's a lot of teenagers, that need supervision.“
“Try the handmade peach tea! It is phenomenal!The chicken is always great.I've had nothing but truly honest great customer service. Employees are always very polite, and smile.I've only had one issue in the many times I've been to this restaurant. Yesterday I ordered slaw instead of fries like usual. I used the mobile app, picked up through drive thru. When I got home, unfortunately the slaw was not in a container, but just put in the tray. It had gotten juices all over my chicken, toast and bag, and I had to toss the slaw and toast as it had became a mess. I salvaged my chicken strips, but they were soggy as well, and very small. The peach tea rocked though.I highly suggest this restaurant. Prices are very fair, and would recommend it to anyone. You can earn rewards with the mobile app, and service is always fast and friendly.“

“On any given time, I would rate this experience 4 stars across the board, but tonight, just wasn't one of those nights, and a business needs to know where it comes short. It wasn't a busy night at Osaka, only had 2 grills going, serviced by the same server. That server ended up not being very proactive, and didn't come around hardly at all. Both parties had to get up to get their own to go boxes being left alone so long after the cooks had already left, and then because we had a six or more party, stuck us with an 18% tip on top of it all. Unfortunately under no circumstance did service earn that gratuity, needless to say I'll remember to never come back with anything over 5 people, or we will find somewhere else to eat going forward, this isn't a cheap place to eat, and we spent nearly $70 for 3 people in my family alone. For Osaka, I recommend a retraining reminder for your servers to be attentive to your clients, and earn that 18% gratuity they're stuck with or earn the tips they get. Everyone at the table agreed it was poor service.“
