10/22/23: Came in and there were only two workers running the whole place. Yes we waited longer for food and ice cream but the two ladies attitudes were so good for being in a stressful situation. Wanted to give them a little praise.
Wished they would answer their phone, says mailbox is full. I tried again several months later 05/31/2020 ) today still same problem. So I guess no one answers phones at this business, goes straight to mailbox but wait their full. Customer Service is obselete these days.
Poor management! They was out of just about EVERYTHING, was out of multiple different meals and and 4 different dipping sauces.... LIKE HOWWW? plz fix this issue of the upkeep of the items in your places of business to order items ahead so you DO NOT RUN OUT OF THE ITEMS! Oh and the blizzard I got was almost melted

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill is a busy spot, especially during church rush on Sundays. Despite the long waits, the staff remains professional and sweet, making the experience enjoyable. Customers appreciate the hardworking employees who manage to keep things running smoothly even with minimal help. The food and ice cream are tasty, but be aware of early closing times that may not be updated on the door. Overall, it's a place with good food and service, just be patient during busy times.
