My pizza was prepared incorrectly. They were hesitant on remaking it. 10 additional minutes waiting for a carryout that I ordered 20 min prior.
Huge thank you to Aaryona! This girl is absolutely amazing. I was having difficulty with a gift card and I called the store very frustrated after speaking with 3 customer care representatives and decided to call the ACTUAL location Aaryona went above and beyond to have my Pizza waiting one me and with no Problems or GIVING me the run around? Definitely an asset to your company!!! Thank you very much! And my pizza was amazing!
He taught my son how to read.

Papa John's Pizza is a popular order-out pizza destination, known for its fresh and loaded toppings. Customers frequently visit the Hazel Green location and recommend taking advantage of online coupons. The crew at this location provides friendly and professional service, making it a great choice for both large and small orders. The staff create a joyful atmosphere, and the food is hot, fresh, and prepared as expected. While the pizzas are generally well-received, some customers have noted that the quality of the cheese sticks has declined. One manager, Charles, has been praised for his excellent customer service, turning some customers' experiences around and making them loyal again. Customers appreciate that the pizzas here tend to be better, with the sauce and crust always just right, especially for dipping. It’s important to note that dine-in seating isn’t available, and phone orders are taken by a call center rather than the store itself. Overall, Papa John's remains a trusted choice for consistent, satisfying pizza, with a strong commitment to good service and quality.
