“I went to Culver’s in Hazel Green today because I love the mushroom burger. There was two girls taking orders outside and I ask that they not cook my meat so well done. When I got to the window I again reminded the young lady about not cooking my burger so well done. She replied that Culver’s required them to cook all meat well done. I then told her that a lot of people on fb are complaining about over cooked meat. She said the management was aware and her job was to go around and help open new stores and was soon leaving there. I then got my diet root beer and pulled forward and then found I had no ice in my cup. I backed up and told her I had no ice in my drink. She replied that ice melts in hot sweet tea. I told her it was root beer. She then told me that root beer foams up to bad to put ice in it. So at this point I pulled forward again and when the young lady brought me my food I told her thank you and she said nothing. I am not saying these things because I am mad. I am only trying to help Culver’s. I spent the last 51 years in fast food business. You got a good thing going. Just need to listen to customers.“

“Yal this has been the best sonic I have found in 5+ years! I really just stopped going, but after my boyfriend moved to this area I really wanted to try it and and it did not disappoint! Food was fantastic and service idk her name but she was was so sweet and speedy thankful yal have customer service like that. I had a peanut butter banana milkshake omg that was fire! And a footlong chili coney and the onion rings. My 2nd visit I went and got the #1 triple burger omg best burger I've put in my mouth in a long time. Definitely my new favorite spot to come visit while I come to see my boyfriend lol thank you SONIC EMPLOYEES ❤“

“The Strawberry milkshake that I had was delicious. It had strawberry pieces in it and was tasted so fresh. My husband had a Chocolate milkshake and he loved it. This was the first time to this shop and it won’t be the last.“
