“One of my favorite dessert places, even their Dubai Chocolate was better than the real thing! I have to be honest for a while they really tasted similar but ever since last year they have really really stepped it up I probably order from them 3 to 4 times a month, I love their cookies I'm a huge sweet tooth but never really cared for cookies, crumbl is the one place that never lets me down!!!“

“I accidentally messed up my online order and called Cookie Fix to explain what happened. Faith and Nia were absolutely AMAZING! They were so kind and understanding—they were apologizing to me even though the mistake was completely my fault.
When I walked into the store, I was honestly embarrassed, but as soon as I gave them my name, they greeted me with such warmth and kindness. They resolved my issue in no time and made me feel completely at ease.
I can honestly say this was the best customer service I've experienced in my 43 years on this planet. It's so rare to encounter people who are genuinely this caring, patient, and eager to help. Cookie Fix, you have total rockstar angels working for you! I hope you know how incredibly lucky you are to have Faith and Nia on your team. They turned what could have been a stressful situation into such a positive experience. And, of course, the cookies are absolutely delicious! I'll be a customer for life. 🍪❤“

“What a gem of a store. The paletas (popsicles) are fantastic. Great selection of flavors from normal to a bit more unique for Americans. Don't be scared, just try them. They are all fantastic. Some cream based, other fruit juice based. They have normal ice cream options too with toppings.“

“Jashira and the short lady that worked with her on 6/21 were the best! I ordered the passion fruit tea with blueberry boba and it was almost finished before I even made it back to my car!!Whoever the manager is here needs to do a better job of supporting their staff though. I think her name is Whitney. It doesn’t seem like she cares about the mental well being of her team.“

“Love Love LOVE Marble Slab Creamery!!!! I was looking for a birthday cake for my wife (I waited to the day of which was my fault) and they took care of me on the spot! Was in and out with my cake within 15 minutes! Thankful for the excellent customer service, and the cake (strawberry shortcake) was absolutely amazing!!!“

“The establishment was very clean and the employees were very polite. They were working very hard try to make sure everyone was satisfied. I enjoy visiting this Sonics i dont have to wait no 1 to receive mynorder and the food is alway fresh and hot and my drinks are always made amazingly good. I dont know who th blonde manager is but shes a lil on the chunky side but she was even helping her crew out Love how the atmosphere is here . Thank you all for your wonderful customer service. “We recently moved here. Scoop & Slice...thank you. Wings outstanding BBQ. They are excellent. Small cheese pizza, great. Philly cheese steak sandwich, roast beef sandwich so fresh. We are waiting on appliances and is expensive to eat out. This restaurant is comparable if not less than the fast food places. Just call in your order. It takes time, not much, because they make it fresh. By the way the burgers and fries are also delicious.“
