Ok, so apart from the fact that their frozen custard is the CREAMIEST, MOST BUTTERY AND DELICIOUS ever, their staff member, Dawson is absolutely the NICEST, friendliest and most helpful person I've ever encountered in customer service. The place was slammed but he was cheerful and kind and just took everything in his stride with a smile. I grew up with the original Rita’s water ice right outside NE Phila. and when I saw it I had to stop; some thing’s have changed but the mango water ice is the same as I remember, perfect!

I had never been here before. It was an experience. An amazing experience. The customer service was unbeatable. They let me sample before buying. I would definitely go again. I recommend the mint chocolate chip ice.
