I had never been here before. It was an experience. An amazing experience. The customer service was unbeatable. They let me sample before buying. I would definitely go again. I recommend the mint chocolate chip ice.

Ok, so apart from the fact that their frozen custard is the CREAMIEST, MOST BUTTERY AND DELICIOUS ever, their staff member, Dawson is absolutely the NICEST, friendliest and most helpful person I've ever encountered in customer service. The place was slammed but he was cheerful and kind and just took everything in his stride with a smile. This young man in truly a pleasure and inspiration, I wish other customer service staff would take a page from his book! Truly an asset to Rita's! Thanks so much Dawson! Amazing custard, fantastic service just a wonderful experience.

My favorite dessert. Had watermelon and there were literally chunks of actual fruit. I check these guys out whenever I'm in a town with one of them.

I grew up with the original Rita’s water ice right outside NE Phila. and when I saw it I had to stop; some thing’s have changed but the mango water ice is the same as I remember, perfect!

I have passed this place countless times and never thought to go in, but it was my child’s birthday and she the family wanted ice cream. This was a very friendly spot and they also had a very good selection of frozen custards. The price was not too much for everyone and was very enjoyable!
It's one of my favorite ice cream shops. It is tasty and the service is fantastic.

Rita’s has gone completely down hill. Guy charged me $5 for a soft server cup and only filled it half way. Said sorry that’s all you get. Don’t waste your money here. I’ll be going to the new place on Hughes Rd from now on.
