ChuckWagon BBQ offers perfect, fresh brisket, superbly spiced sausage, and satisfyingly crisp wings. Plentiful portions of excellent ribs at a reasonable price. The service is quick and friendly, with knowledgeable staff. The baked beans could be improved, but overall a typical BBQ place in Madison and Huntsville with a simple, straightforward service model.
