Well, this place can be a roller coaster. Some times is good, some times is some what. For the high price they charge it should be more consistent. So we ordered 2 boxes of 4 it took 25 minutes to get there and after waiting we were told it is going to take another 20 minutes. So the order we got, not up to the value of $12+ the peanut butter cookies were some thin, some over cooked and some bit chewy not consistent across 4. Cookies are quite delicious and creative and good looking! Madison location is always good. The branding and design of the stores are great and clean (although a small free cup of water to go with the cookies (if you ask) would be appreciated!!) The employees are always nice and the service is quick. Idk I will say, I think their chocolate cookies need improvement. Maybe it’s just not to my taste because people seem to like them.
