“First time at Handel’s Ice Cream in Huntsville on 72. They were busy! Lots of flavors to choose from! Great prices! Supersized helpings! I tried several different flavors all were great! My husband got the banana split.“

“My husband and I went in 20 minutes to closing. They were cleaning and no one was there but us. I felt bad for ordering so late and apologized. We were told no need to apologize and that they were happy to have us! They asked if it was for there or to go. Told that we would take it to go and not have them have to wait on us. We were genuinely encouraged to stay if we wanted and that they were used to having people want to hang out late. We were very impressed by how friendly staff was. Food was made fresh and was delicious. Very flavorful! Definitely not your typical fast food place.“

“The Strawberry milkshake that I had was delicious. It had strawberry pieces in it and was tasted so fresh. My husband had a Chocolate milkshake and he loved it. This was the first time to this shop and it won’t be the last.“

“I went to Culver’s in Hazel Green today because I love the mushroom burger. There was two girls taking orders outside and I ask that they not cook my meat so well done. When I got to the window I again reminded the young lady about not cooking my burger so well done. She replied that Culver’s required them to cook all meat well done. I then told her that a lot of people on fb are complaining about over cooked meat. She said the management was aware and her job was to go around and help open new stores and was soon leaving there. I then got my diet root beer and pulled forward and then found I had no ice in my cup. I backed up and told her I had no ice in my drink. She replied that ice melts in hot sweet tea. I told her it was root beer. She then told me that root beer foams up to bad to put ice in it. So at this point I pulled forward again and when the young lady brought me my food I told her thank you and she said nothing. I am not saying these things because I am mad. I am only trying to help Culver’s. I spent the last 51 years in fast food business. You got a good thing going. Just need to listen to customers.“

“Truly one of the best places to eat downtown Huntsville, Al! They have amazing staff members who really take care of you! The food is always fresh and the coffee is great. This is my number one spot for lunch! My son and I also love coming here for ice cream since it’s so convenient to the big springs park. Would highly recommend this place to anyone in local or just visiting!“

“very good service awesome manager brought my wife's dipped cone out as she was finishing our late lunch and I'm a more slower chewer so the young man hung back when he saw me push my basket to middle of the table he had my flipped cone ready to serve I shook his hand and thanked him for great service these guys deserve as much praise as the clinical scientist do for keeping us safe I watch him clean two tables with sanitizer but let customer fully leave I am always stopping in this DQ THANKS AGSIN !!!“

“What a gem of a store. The paletas (popsicles) are fantastic. Great selection of flavors from normal to a bit more unique for Americans. Don't be scared, just try them. They are all fantastic. Some cream based, other fruit juice based. They have normal ice cream options too with toppings.“

I ordered the passion fruit tea with blueberry boba and it was almost finished before I even made it back to my car!!Whoever the manager is here needs to do a better job of supporting their staff though. “Love Love LOVE Marble Slab Creamery!!!! I was looking for a birthday cake for my wife (I waited to the day of which was my fault) and they took care of me on the spot! “Yal this has been the best sonic I have found in 5+ years! I really just stopped going, but after my boyfriend moved to this area I really wanted to try it and and it did not disappoint! Food was fantastic and service idk her name but she was was so sweet and speedy thankful yal have customer service like that. I had a peanut butter banana milkshake omg that was fire! And a footlong chili coney and the onion rings. My 2nd visit I went and got the #1 triple burger omg best burger I've put in my mouth in a long time.
