Us: Good morning
Employees: no acknowledgement
Stood at the counter in front of employee does not look up.
We then said good morning again she looked up no acknowledgement.
I stated Good morning again u can at least speak
She said no I’m reading.
Asked for the manager she states I heard it. Neither did she speak
Horrible Horrible service.
Of course we left we were not welcomed there.
Totally unacceptable
Recently visited Cozy Cow for lunch, ordered the Santa Fe salad. The chicken was cold! Like they just pulled it from the fridge. Also, the menu description states tomatoes, tortilla chips and shredded cheese! ,mine had none of these. I didn’t say anything to anyone because I don’t think they would have been able to fix it.
Truly one of the best places to eat downtown Huntsville, Al! They have amazing staff members who really take care of you! The food is always fresh and the coffee is great. This is my number one spot for lunch! My son and I also love coming here for ice cream since it’s so convenient to the big springs park. Would highly recommend this place to anyone in local or just visiting!
