“I just moved here, and at home I had a coffee shop near my house that I went to every day. I’ve been missing it so much and haven’t had my daily coffee since I moved here in July. I’ve had to switch to energy drinks! Safe to say that is over after stumbling across this page on Facebook last night! Before I even got my food, I was already recommending it to friends that moved to the area with me! I was immediately complimented, greeted, and thanked for coming in! The girls at the counter were so sweet and helpful. After seeing a review on a banana nut chai latte I got that and I am so glad I did. Absolutely delicious. Along with that I got a Sprite and a turkey bacon ranch sandwich. I can’t remember the name of it but it was absolutely mouth watering! 10/10!!!”

“I loved biscuit express. I was a bored housewife and decided to get a job there, it looked like fun. didn't need the money, just a new set of walls to look at and to get out of the house sometimes, shopping gets old. was threatened almost daily with being written up because of a hypocritical manager who said one thing and did another. one such example was "you can't handle out the food until the transaction it completely done" (paraphrased for space) and yet i read on Facebook how sone guy got his for free because he forgot his wallet. And all of these "write ups" are per owner Brandee Anderson or we are told. now as someone who has been in the fast food industry for over 30 years and only wants to work because she feels like it. I know you need to do something about the management issues, because your Meridianville location is ran by "do what i say and not what I do" managers. aka look at the cameras. want more information call me.. and don't forget your cell phone "policy" you are losing a lot of good money and people because of management, maybe the owner need to ask the staff, ones that have nothing to lose, about it.”

“A couple of weeks ago, I was staying in Hazel Green and ended up eating at Waffle House both mornings... The food was excellent... The servers were so busy, but they were still smiling and they were very polite to everybody and very nice! Hands down, the best waffle house i've ever been to!”

“I got the 15 PC tender meal w/ 2 sides ($3.00 up charge per side of mac & cheese, that's my complaint) $35 for chicken tenders, mashed potatoes and green beans, passes on up charge. You would think JACK'S would appreciate a customer that spends $40 at lunch. Zero stars for customer perks!!!!”

“Service is important and also tricky business. I had bad experience when I first tried their food but they apologised and fixed it. They had a logical excuse for the mistakes. I am impressed the way the handled the issue. Food - I focused on their thai Food more. Loved the salad and soup highly recommended. Rice set menu and Ramen was also good. Ramen was amazing :). All in all their food is good. So guys please try it :) Location ~ Hive ( not sure if Asian Express has other branches.”

“Almost 60 yrs old and this was one of the very worst experiences of my life. I went inside and ordered, waited patiently 16 minutes for the chicken to cook, and asked the young guy if he made one 3 piece, and one 2 piece box. He said yes, and I went home with two 2 piece boxes. Now I have to get dressed again and go back, not getting to eat with my 94 yr old mother, who bought my dinner.
It makes me angry that even after I asked him, he lied to me. The male manager was on duty when I got back with my mis-order, and he could not have cared less, for my wasted time and gas. He was extremely rude, and unconcerned, and unapologetic. Did I mention rude? He talked down to me, and was so disrespectful, that I will never go back there. I will go across the street to Jacks, for chicken. And I will drive to Hazel Green for Taco Bell.
I have never been treated so inappropriately in my adult life!
The one star, that I gave this store, was for the female manager, who was there when I placed my order, but obviously off duty when I returned 30 minutes later.”

The food was very sloppily made,just a message. I parked to eat and my order was missing my Salsa Verde sauce and my cup of Jalepenos (that I paid extra for. )
Had to go back in touch get an eating utensil because it was so messy I couldn't possibly hold it in my hand.
Also the chicken in it was old and dried out!
Very disappointed.”

“Stupid kiosk is a bunch of bull. McDonald's has there personal touch. They need to take them stupid kiosk machines out and get back to having a personal experience with their customers. This McDonald's sucks, people constantly going to counter and fussing the whole 30 minutes or so that I was there.”

“Not sure what people are thinking about when they say this pizza is nothing like New York pizza. I grew up in New York and know its pizza well, and this is definitely NY pizza. It's not supposed to be like Chicago pizza. And as far as taste goes, everyone is different. There will always be those who prefer the cardboard Dominoes and Pizza Hut offer.”
