“I loved biscuit express. I was a bored housewife and decided to get a job there, it looked like fun. didn't need the money, just a new set of walls to look at and to get out of the house sometimes, shopping gets old. was threatened almost daily with being written up because of a hypocritical manager who said one thing and did another. one such example was "you can't handle out the food until the transaction it completely done" (paraphrased for space) and yet i read on Facebook how sone guy got his for free because he forgot his wallet. And all of these "write ups" are per owner Brandee Anderson or we are told. now as someone who has been in the fast food industry for over 30 years and only wants to work because she feels like it. I know you need to do something about the management issues, because your Meridianville location is ran by "do what i say and not what I do" managers. aka look at the cameras. want more information call me.. and don't forget your cell phone "policy" you are losing a lot of good money and people because of management, maybe the owner need to ask the staff, ones that have nothing to lose, about it.”

“I just moved here, and at home I had a coffee shop near my house that I went to every day. I’ve been missing it so much and haven’t had my daily coffee since I moved here in July. I’ve had to switch to energy drinks! Safe to say that is over after stumbling across this page on Facebook last night! Before I even got my food, I was already recommending it to friends that moved to the area with me! I was immediately complimented, greeted, and thanked for coming in! The girls at the counter were so sweet and helpful. After seeing a review on a banana nut chai latte I got that and I am so glad I did. Absolutely delicious. Along with that I got a Sprite and a turkey bacon ranch sandwich. I can’t remember the name of it but it was absolutely mouth watering! 10/10!!!”

“A couple of weeks ago, I was staying in Hazel Green and ended up eating at Waffle House both mornings... The food was excellent... The servers were so busy, but they were still smiling and they were very polite to everybody and very nice! Hands down, the best waffle house i've ever been to!”

“Service is important and also tricky business. I had bad experience when I first tried their food but they apologised and fixed it. They had a logical excuse for the mistakes. I am impressed the way the handled the issue. Food - I focused on their thai Food more. Loved the salad and soup highly recommended. Rice set menu and Ramen was also good. Ramen was amazing :). “I came in Wednesday to pickup a dd order and to order myself something to eat. You have to come into the lobby for door dash. I walked in looked at the atmosphere and the menu while four young workers laughed and returned to their positions. The cashier came to his with so much hostility right away. He didn't greet, he didn't make eye contact not one time but he did ask taco bell/kfc taco bell/kfc repeatedly and got loud and closed his eyes. I cut him on off and said it's a door dash order and it's kfc. He said immediately oh we can't do it then let me see the order, my phone 🤳🏾 and then walked to the side and never returned. Another young man showed up he was sweet. I told him the other worker was supposed to be getting my order after he asked if I've been helped but he wasn't lol. I never got my door dash order I left but I did order food. It was hot and very delicious ate it up. But that one cashier was not supposed to be dealing with the customers. I will be back in because it was just one person everyone else in that building that I encountered was smiling and greeting and the food was so hot and looked good. The building was clean as well. I don't need a response from taco bell or kfc. I simply tell the truth about places I visit I also am a secret shopper so I definitely don't need a reply thank you have a good day.”

“Stupid kiosk is a bunch of bull. McDonald's has there personal touch. They need to take them stupid kiosk machines out and get back to having a personal experience with their customers. This McDonald's sucks, people constantly going to counter and fussing the whole 30 minutes or so that I was there.”

“So, I ordered because of the fried green tomatoes but will be coming back for the customer service and delicious food. I have a shellfish allergy so i was super curious to try the shrymp… I was not disappointed. Let’s face it it not real seafood but I was satisfied with the snap and texture of the plant based protein. I was nervous to try it because you never know when it comes to substitute shellfish but It was perfect. I called the restaurant before hand and they were so sweet and accommodating when it came to look up the ingredients just to double check. I will be a returning customer. Also i ordered through Uber so i can rate the atmosphere but i have a feel it is just as beautiful. 😘☺”

Both milkshakes were very good. They make them well - great consistency. Their Blue Bell ice cream does some heavy lifting flavor wise because the toppings / mix-ins aren't dominant.

It was busy when we went here, but the two workers were efficient and doing a good job.”
