“We've been here a few times in the past week and it's been great every time. It may not seem like much, at the back of a gas station, but don't let that deter you. The service is fantastic and everything is made fresh in-house. The meats are well marinated and everything tasted good. Good prices too.The tamarind tea is fantastic, hibiscus tea can be a bit tart, and the pineapple is hit or miss (you have to catch it when it's made fresh).Stopping in to get a breakfast burrito sometime this week based on recommendations, will post updates.”

“The half-chicken and pork ribs are very good. The prices are reasonable as well. I wasn't impressed by the brisket; it seemed like it had been cooked at too high of a temperature and all the fat had been broken down instead of rendered properly. That's been true of every barbeque place I've been to though so it's not so much of an indictment against this establishment as it is against Alabama BBQ as a whole.”

“Food was fresh and warm. Only issue, with all customers was the way they operate the split store. So if you order KFC & Taco Bell, you get your KFC pretty quickly. The TB portion comes out about 10min later. They don't have it structured where both sides are manned. Management might want to consider how to restructure that so families are not finishing thier meals while other members are just starting to eat. Other than that, the staff are wonderful and very pleasant!”
