The manager and workers here are extremely rude. This place would be 100x better if the workers had an ounce of customer service skills.
arrived at 830 pm they close at 9pm. slab was off so they couldn't mix it. Ice-cream flavor ran out and they wanted me to change my flavor because they didn't want to open a new one. should have just drove to Cold stone. you can get what you want til they close. Staff no helpful to business trying to leave

Love Love LOVE Marble Slab Creamery!!!! I was looking for a birthday cake for my wife (I waited to the day of which was my fault) and they took care of me on the spot! Was in and out with my cake within 15 minutes! Thankful for the excellent customer service, and the cake (strawberry shortcake) was absolutely amazing!!!
