I called yesterday because I was having issues with my order at a different location. They were so accommodating and had my cake ready on time today at a last minute notice. I got to chat with the GM and decorator while they finished up my cake, and they were both so nice! I will absolutely be using this location for all future orders!
Taste was as expected, but the presentation was off. Our letters were just covered in tiny little icing dots instead of the different sizes shown online. It just made them look a little cheap, and they weren’t cheap.
Very pleased with this cake for my daughters’s birthday, thank you to the decorator!!
