Based on the reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings is a restaurant known for its amazing chicken and good fries. The food is always hot and fresh, and the Texas toast is good dipped in the sauce. The staff is always so kind, and the young kids working there are very sweet. The service includes bringing the tray out, and there was an amazingly friendly gentleman who helped a customer save money. However, one visit was disappointing with the 3 nibblers having the tiniest tenders and the buns being hard as a rock. The new lemon pepper wings had decent flavor, but the majority of the fries were burnt. The restaurant stays open till 11pm now. A complaint is that the manager makes the staff stand outside in almost 100° weather to take orders. Despite this, the chicken is always the best no matter what you order, and the Zalads are delicious. It is a super cool franchise, and customers should not think about trying it, just get in there.
