It’s not the atmosphere or the service it’s the food. The food here is garbage. Don’t get me wrong I love Zaxbys when I’m in the mood for it but this specific location isn’t good at all. Every time we eat here the fries are barely cooked. Not crispy. Chicken is dry when there dipped. Just spent $12 on food that isn’t good. Which sucks cuz I still gotta eat it because I’m not wasting food or money. If you want good food just eat at home. This place isn’t it. Probably won’t be coming here anymore. Sad they have been open less than an hour when I ordered and got my food and the food tastes old and the fries are barely done. Waste of hard earned money. ?

Very Clean not pricey for your wallet.The food was very fresh and yes nice and hot for you.The Asian Experience Salad was soo sooo good too.Loved the Egg Roll that came with the salad too .They Have Handicap Parking and entrance for handicap people They take care of the Senior Citizens where they need assistance to go to the tables.This place is Highly Recommended to go to with your Family and Friends.The bathrooms were spotless and very clean too.

As a fellow chicken enthusiast/lover, I look forward to my crispy chicken tendies on a daily basis. Unfortunately on January 11th of 2024, my love for Zaxby’s was torn. The chicken was mushy and not fully prepared correctly. My tastebuds were quite frankly disappointed. The fries were soggy and the seasoning was rather nonexistent. I had to spit out the food in utter disgust and immediately threw it away. Do better Zaxbys.I will be moving on to bigger and greater things(Slim Chickens)

I went on a rainy night, the floor was so slippery! The floor looked really greasy, and combined with the wet from the rain, it was very dangerous. I slipped coming in and almost fell, as did another person who came in after me.

We went through the drive through and didn’t make it past the front of the building when they came to take our order so we hadn’t even made it to the menu code or got to see any new menu items. When we finally got to the menu there were a ton of new things we wanted to try so we asked the girl taking our money if we could add to our order but she decided she just didn’t want to and wanted to get back to her cellphone and when i mentioned if a manager could fix our order to add the items is when she finally begrudgingly added the things without the help of a manager then took our card and had her cellphone out hovering over our card. I don’t think she did anything with our card but it is something to cause concern. She was super rude and just shoved our card back into our hand.
Customer service always great, but sometimes the food taste a little rushed. Loaded chicken fries are my favorite.

Online orders must be heavily deprioritized here. Waited 15 minutes in store after it was supposed to be ready; placed order at 2:21 and received it around 2:55. There were like 3 other people inside the lobby, so there’s no excuse for that wait time. Lobby soda machine is basically carbonated water - I thought okay not a huge deal I guess. I get home and the fries, toast (bread would be a better word) and wings all look like they’ve been sitting for an hour. Okay, I guess I can throw them in the oven for a couple minutes. But there were no sauces at all. I never do this, but I had to ask for a refund. It’s just 2 plates of soggy garbage and carbonated water for $25. I will say the person who answered the phone was very kind and processed my refund without issue. Won’t be back

They literally gave me five fries. When I go to this location I always have to check my fries because they're very stingy with their fries for no reason. The people they have there are lazy and unmotivated. When I went through the drive through, the person there was barely speaking and sounded like she was dead. Please have a training on the people you have hired. Especially the high schoolers.
