“Only thing recently is they did a huge menu price increase most large margaritas went up $5 as well as everything else we used to eat there more due to price being decent but now might not be able to. Still a very good place to eat“

“We were looking for a place to get dinner late and this place is open until midnight. We ordered the tablita para dos and it's way more than enough for two! The dining area is clean and the owner is very nice. This is the most authentic Mexican food I have had since visiting Mexico.“

I’ve tried three meals and the meat portions along with the beans and rice are like what you would feed a 12 year old. Meat maybe 2-3 ounces , beans and rice 1/2 cup each. For the money ($16-20 total with water) they charge it’s skimpy at best.“

“My husband and I shared the Beef Mexican Lasagna. It is a good thing we did because it was an enormous helping of it. The two of us could not even finish the whole thing and believe me I wanted to! We have been to Rosie's a couple of time and my husband has always loved every thing he got there. Previously, for me, I found the food just so so. However, that Lasagna was the most delicious dish I have had there. It was amazing and now I am wondering if I can recreate it at home because we don't live in Alabama, we have only been there to visit my son. I left with my stomach very full and a terrible case of heartburn that night, but it was worth it!“

During a time in my life when I needed my humanity and dignity restored to me the staff and volunteers there were used by God to do just that. I felt a little like "homeless royalty". Enchiladas and carne asada were very good and large portions. Beef Enchilada is ground and is bland, but, Chunked Beef$ option is spicy. Chicken has shredded or grilled$ option. Large menu with the classic main dishes. Wide variety of margaritas and rum cocktails. Reasonable prices. Fast service, fast service, HOT plates.“

The setting in a former high school is really neat, and seeing the stairs and lockers certainly jogs your memories.

“This restaurant has changed hands many times and over the last couple years, I was very disappointed in the food and the prices. Well, it's in good hands now. The prices are LOWER. The food is very good, the service is nice, and they have redecorated the inside.

It is a fine small neighborhood Mexican restaurants that you can hardly see, but it is across Whitesburg from Burger King so they are very convenient to downtown. Give them a try. I know I will be back soon!

“I have been eating at Fiero since they first opened on a fairly consistent basis. Not as much as I used to since I now work remote, but I still eat here when I am in the area or meeting a coworker for lunch.

There are many other restaurants that I have dropped over the years where the quality of food or service has declined. Fiero has remained consistent with their food throughout this time and I love their tacos. Also, the employees are always nice and respectful.“
