“I cannot say enough good about this place. The service is smooth, the prices are reasonable for the quality of product, and the food is phenomenal.

All of their pork is exceptional, but their pastor needs to be nationally recognized - crispy and tender, with the perfect balance of savory, fruity, and spicy (both spices and heat), this is easily the best al pastor I’ve ever eaten. Wash it down with a swig of Jarritos Mexican Cola and you have one of the best flavor experiences in North Alabama. Also of note is the salsas, which are fresh and complement the meats perfectly.

“First off I want to say the salad I had the other day was EASILY one of the best salads of my lifetime! Plenty of options for Vegetarians and vegans as well which is a huge plus otherwise I wouldn't have visited this establishment! There is something there for everyone though! Highly recommend the tofu option and the pomegranate marg was everything.. 🫠😋 But best thing overall about this location specifically, is the customer service and great management! You never see restaurants ran this well with such upbeat and helpful employees anymore and management has everything to do with that so big ups to the manager here, Torin! (Hope I spelled that correctly?) He personally makes sure every customer there is satisfied and has everything they need! Will continue to frequent the Town Madison Taco Mama and will recommend to everyone I know that needs meatless options!! Good job guys! 👏👏👏“

“Called several places to order items to make a Taco Bar for several people coming over for Bama Football Game, after being disappointed in all the customer service and willing to help me order just what I needed, I called Taco Mama... the person was super professional, helpful and we above and beyond to help me order and get exactly what I needed and was looking for... I have had these tacos a few times now. I have had tacos in many states and countries. These tacos are top tier and have a truly authentic flavor and texture. The birria tacos were outstanding and fried to perfection. The consomme’ was rich and worthy of sipping after the tacos were gone. The beef tacos, marinated pork, and chicken were on point as well. The speed of the food preparation and the presentation of the food were top notch! Also the salsa verde and pepper sauces provided a kick that complemented the flavor of the food. WELL DONE!!!!!!!!“

“I absolutely love the food from this truck! The service is always fast, friendly, and the quality has been consistently excellent.

The only issue I've experienced is some confusion regarding the chorizo. For the past two months, I've visited about once a week and have regularly ordered either the chorizo burrito or the three chorizo street tacos. However, when I visited this past Wednesday, I was told they don't have chorizo and never have.

That was surprising because I'm certain I have ordered those items from this truck multiple times. In fact, a coworker introduced me to this truck specifically because she always orders the chorizo burrito.

I'm not sure if there was a misunderstanding or if the menu has changed, but I was disappointed to hear that chorizo is apparently no longer available. If that's the case, I'll unfortunately have to find another food truck when I'm craving chorizo.

That said, the food is outstanding, and I would still highly recommend this truck. I just hope the chorizo situation can be clarified.“

“we went this evening for the first time in ages (do they'll survive without my support for ages to come). Came in with friends and was seated. Waitress got drink order, and brought that. a friend ordered 3 Tres Amigos and said the kids would get something different, There was 5 adults and 4 kids. Waitress had to be told that there was more orders after returning with drink refills. Food was great, no complaints there. she brought the tickets (we were split into 2 tickets) I had an extra charge on my ticket, when I asked about the charge she said it was because she brought one of the kids drinks in a regular cup !? what!? Both of the kids ordered from the kids menu (yes both under 11) she reduced the drink price although its included in the meal, I paid for the drink as another drink. Waitress was rude, not attentive, and careless. I was also charged more for my appetizer Quesadilla than what I should have. I gave up trying to explain anything when the waitress went sour.“

“Good food for a good price! Ask to sit with Oswaldo because he was the best server!! He never left our glasses or chip basket empty and he was super efficient and awesome all around. Their chips and salsa were really good. The cheese dip was good just a little thick. The star of the show was the soft serve margarita; all they had this night was mango or mango pina colada swirl so I went with the swirl. I'm not a big pineapple/mango flavor person but it was so good. And it's not just fRoZeN it was soft serve like ice cream😋 Their chicken and rice was good but they do go a little overboard with the cheese dip. And we got a Xango for dessert-- literally tasted like heaven. 9/10 would try again.“

“This is some of the best street tacos and ceviche I have had. I ordered VIA DoorDash and The ceviche was cold and fresh and bright and perfectly seasoned. The al pastor tacos were INCREDIBLE like genuinely to die for. They threw in chips salsa and queso and the queso was DELICIOUS the rice and beans were everything and more. “The worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. It took over an hour and a half to get our food, the menu advertised “steak in red sauce” for the chili Colorado, and I received ground beef in red sauce. The server argues when I sent the ground beef back, so I talked to the manager and he didn’t act like he cared at first then he stopped me and said he’d give us a discount. Bear in mind, I didn’t eat it, and this was an $18 dish, only $1.50 cheaper than their T Bone steak. I wanted a south of the border experience so I ordered a south of the border dish. When I revived the check there was $3 off from a $78 tab. I haven't touched the chili Colorado but I went ahead and paid the tab because I’d had enough, so I agent in and told the manager that the $3 off wasn’t what I was expecting and tried to hand him back the “chili Colorado”, he said you ordered it so pay for it, when I informed him that I already paid for it, he tried to fight me. This was the lowest rent experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant and the owners should think about restructuring their upper management or just getting out of the business all together.“

“Taco Bell is usually a place where if your order is wrong you just suck it up and move on because the employees are usually not very kind.
That was not my experience here. I had a huge order in the drive thru for my family. Instead of nacho fries I was given the potatoes with sour cream on them. I went inside understanding they were probably out of fries and just wanting to see if the potatoes could be made without sour cream. Every one was so pleasant and it wasn’t quite clear why I was given potato’s (I had a big order so I can understand with such a long line at dinner time that mistakes happen) but they said they would have my fries that I ordered up in a few minutes and apologized for the error.“
