I have had these tacos a few times now. I have had tacos in many states and countries. These tacos are top tier and have a truly authentic flavor and texture. The birria tacos were outstanding and fried to perfection. The consomme’ was rich and worthy of sipping after the tacos were gone. The beef tacos, marinated pork, and chicken were on point as well. The speed of the food preparation and the presentation of the food were top notch! Also the salsa verde and pepper sauces provided a kick that complemented the flavor of the food. WELL DONE!!!!!!!!“

“I cannot say enough good about this place. The service is smooth, the prices are reasonable for the quality of product, and the food is phenomenal.

All of their pork is exceptional, but their pastor needs to be nationally recognized - crispy and tender, with the perfect balance of savory, fruity, and spicy (both spices and heat), this is easily the best al pastor I’ve ever eaten. Wash it down with a swig of Jarritos Mexican Cola and you have one of the best flavor experiences in North Alabama. Also of note is the salsas, which are fresh and complement the meats perfectly.

“I absolutely love the food from this truck! The service is always fast, friendly, and the quality has been consistently excellent.

The only issue I've experienced is some confusion regarding the chorizo. For the past two months, I've visited about once a week and have regularly ordered either the chorizo burrito or the three chorizo street tacos. However, when I visited this past Wednesday, I was told they don't have chorizo and never have.

That was surprising because I'm certain I have ordered those items from this truck multiple times. In fact, a coworker introduced me to this truck specifically because she always orders the chorizo burrito.

I'm not sure if there was a misunderstanding or if the menu has changed, but I was disappointed to hear that chorizo is apparently no longer available. If that's the case, I'll unfortunately have to find another food truck when I'm craving chorizo.

That said, the food is outstanding, and I would still highly recommend this truck. I just hope the chorizo situation can be clarified.“

“This is some of the best street tacos and ceviche I have had. I ordered VIA DoorDash and The ceviche was cold and fresh and bright and perfectly seasoned. The al pastor tacos were INCREDIBLE like genuinely to die for. They threw in chips salsa and queso and the queso was DELICIOUS the rice and beans were everything and more. This place has a new regular. Beats out all of the food trucks in the area“
