“The food and service were amazing. The atmosphere was nice to a point. There were only a few things that could make it a lot better. There were a few employees…one at one end of the bar and then a few at the entrance to the bar area that were trying to talk to one another very loudly so their voices echoed and carried. That was deafening ant times. Also, it can take a good cleaning since a lot of the items sitting around such as the piano were very dusty, the menus could be wiped down, and tears in seats need to be fixed. Felt like I was eating in grandma’s attic. Other than the cleanliness it was very good food and service.“

“This is the perfect place to wind down after work or on a day off. It’s great for meet-ups (there’s already been multiple book clubs, estate planning groups, young professionals gatherings, etc). The new owner (Lauren) is also incredibly passionate about supporting the community and has been involved in several charity events. The beer and wine selection is constantly growing.“

“I really enjoy the great family atmosphere , delicious food and fast service at this location near the Walmart on Madison Blvd. This restaurant is under new management and new ownership and I love all the things they have done to make it a new and impressive location. This is definitely a spot for dinner you want to try! Thanks for the great meal tonight and we will be back soon. 🙌“

“Visited for dinner me and the wife. I had a 10pc wing and fries Honey Garlic. My wife had the 5 PC Lemon Pepper with fries. Wings were crispy and favorable. The service was great. Didn't have to wait all day. Just sat back ate good and listened to grown folks music. I give it a 9 of 10 only because they don't do Celery. But I highly recommend“

“Food is banging tonight was my first time ever going me and the hubby and I had an awesome time the bartender was amazing and she’s gorgeous I can’t remember her name but she had braids and wore glasses of u see this thank u for making my first time there awesome, I needed this so bad my brother just passed and mind was going crazy. “It was fine. Not overly attentive or chatty service (would have been nice to get some color commentary on the cocktail menu but got vague responses of “it’s good”) but I liked the drink I got. Awkward seating options inside with a banquet under a large tv so you could easily look at it.“

“They don't have food, but you are welcome to bring your food there! The bartenders are awesome, and so is their signature shot, the "School House Shot". Live music multiple times a week, and a great covered patio to chill on!“

“Absolutely love Fat Tuesdays. The only complaint about the Fat Tuesday's in Huntsville is it was lacking on flavors. I've been to other Fat Tuesday's and they all seemed to have more options/flavors. But will definitely be returning when visiting Huntsville.“

“Very hard decision on rating: I was not a fan of the chicken & sausage jambalaya - a large bowl of sticky rice and hard to find any actual meat, but did love Tim's Hot Sauce. Would not order it again. Companions enjoyed their Shrimp Gumbo & Catfish plates. Seems weird to offer sides like green bean salad and/or baked potato with item's like Jambalaya & Gumbo, but it is what it is. Will probably explore other Cajun options before visiting again.“

“me and a few of my friends went here Saturday night. We really enjoyed ourselves. I can honestly say one of the best drinks I ever had. Looking for alittle down time and want to sing and dance definitely a great place for that. We all will definitely be back!! Ps.... The Dj is awesome here!!!“

“What a great experience. This is the place you go to when you get off work and need to unwind before you go home. This is the place you go to when you want to engage in nonchalant banter with random individuals. The drinks are strong yet not overwhelming. Whatever level you are trying to achieve while present in Ruggby's you will achieve. I will be back.“

“This place is awesome. Food is great, and the wall of beer with unlimited pours is super cool. Just watch out because that bill comes at the end and it will shock you if you drink beer like I do.
The setting in a former high school is really neat, and seeing the stairs and lockers certainly jogs your memories.
Can't wait to come back here and see more of what they have to offer.“

“Had a Family reunion and were staying at the hotel next door, and decided to grab a later dinner with the family. They close at 8 and we came in at about 7:55 and were going to turn around and leave but the manager Cat was so friendly and insisted we stay-even made our own little party section for us! Being late it was almost empty but our server Sydney was great, the food DELICIOUS, and it’s nice to see restaurant managers interacting with customers besides when there’s a complaint. Had such a great time we came back the next night for more fish and chips! Kudos to this establishment!!!“

“Still a reliable tapas n drink lounge pre or post movie..
did the sexy ban sushi n pepperoni flatbread apps both great! They had Kentucky bourbon ale on tap which paired well! Service was excellent. Not crowded at 4 pm on a Monday but filling up by 5 pm. Great way to complete a matinee show ! Would be even better if there were happy hour drink specials.

“We had a great day today but I give a hats off to Dave and Busters in Huntsville .. we always have trouble being "them people" making special requests... but if you know me you know Lucas's food allergies and what we have been through ... not many understand but Dave and Buster's made sure his food was covered until it was in front of him because they heard he had a food allergy.... omg this is the first time I have seen a restaurant do this and I was so grateful... they are the best and I am so thankful that a corporation like this recognizes the importance of keeping our children safe ... and the manager was the one to bring our food out which tasted awesome and waitress was great we willl definitely be back“

“I’ve always enjoyed the other location, but it was my first time to try this one. It was delicious! I had the Philly cheesesteak sandwich with fries. The sandwich was loaded with lots of meat, cheese, onions, mushrooms, and jalapeños. The fries were equally delicious. There was enough food to take home leftovers. Our server. Nicole, was friendly and very attentive.“
