Ended up with the same meal plus the beet special. All the sides and desserts were wonderful (potatoes, brocolli, and beets), but the prime rib had very large sections of fat, was not very warm, but it tasted good.“

I didn't mind the atmosphere much because we stopped in for a quick bite and a drink, but I wouldn't consider this my date-night place of choice.The service was decent. Our waiter greeted us within minutes of our arrival. Our food arrived in a timely fashion and was well-plated, but our waiter wasn't very personable. He barely managed to crack a smile and seemed to find it a chore refilling our drinks. The food was tasty, the portions generous, and everyone in our party enjoyed their meal.The soft pretzel was a standout for me (oh that beer cheese!), as was the pimento cheese appetizer. Yum! I will definitely come back, but only for a casual lunch.“

“A friend and I were traveling through Huntsville. If you're staying at the La Quinta Inn and want to get blackout drunk without driving... We had a great night. I was eager to get out, and saw Ruggby's was just on the other side of the hotel. We went over there, and they have one of those horseshoe-style bars. There was some dude who just got fired from his job from a restaurant down the street. A few of his former coworkers were there and were scolding him about how bad his unnamed behavior was. My friend bought the fired dude's drinks. The bartender told us some new beer that he wasn't familiar with just got on tap. We had that, then forgot the rest of the night. Five stars. Oh, I forgot to mention that my friend couldn't find his wedding ring the next day.“

“Staying at Four Points by Sheraton because it's in the Huntsville airport. Went to the Grill/Bar for dinner because I didn't have transportation. If you travel like me, you don't expect much of the hotel restaurant. Wow was I wrong! The pork chop was absolutely the best I have ever eaten. The garlic mashed potatoes were perfect and even the broccoli was a surprise. I'm used to the larger pieces of broccoli and these appear to be more of the smaller stalks, which made for a nice crunchy goodness!The guy next to me at the bar, ordered a hamburger which the server described as just a burger. However, he said it was really good! Based on this one time experience, I would highly recommend this restaurant, at least if you're staying at the Four Points by Sheraton.“
