“My son and I enjoyed lunch at Cap't Loui. We were welcomed by Tommie, as soon as we entered. He was also our server. All of the lunch specials were presented. I had the fried shrimp lunch and my son had the calamari po' boy. The food was delicious and plentiful. The fries were cooked to perfection. My son said the tap water tasted terrible. Other than that, we would visit again, if we were in the area.“

“Wonderful decor, service and the food . . . Fantastic! Prime rib was so tender, lemon & reggiano broccoli delicious, and the chocolate cake and key lime pie were the best!- - - - -Went back again this year (3/2024). Ended up with the same meal plus the beet special. All the sides and desserts were wonderful (potatoes, brocolli, and beets), but the prime rib had very large sections of fat, was not very warm, but it tasted good.“

“Libby’s is one of the go to local places in Madison. I’ve been here several times for breakfast and lunch, and it never disappoints. A Libby’s Burger with fries and a sweet tea will run you around $13, but that’s a good deal considering the burger I had looked like it trended toward about a 6-8 ounce piece of beef.“

“Service was very pleasant if not a bit slow. The food was good, but could be made better with a bit more explanation. For example some specialty restaurants will ask if you've been there before and assist you with the menu and food styles. This could have made our experience here much better.“

“We have been to our share of Mexican restaurants over the years and this one is by far, the best we have ever had. Seriously. The chips were light and airy. The salsa was amazing. The cheese dip was thick and had a slight kick at the end. The restaurant was clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. Our server was prompt and courteous. We will def be back! Pic is of the Fiesta Fajita Bowl. Delicious.“
