“I’ve always had great experiences at this restaurant, with delicious food and top-notch service. However, today was a little different. Unfortunately, I didn’t enjoy my meal as much as I usually do, but what really stood out was the exceptional customer service. The waitress and manager were incredibly kind, checking in with me to ensure everything was okay. When I mentioned my disappointment, they went above and beyond, offering to take the dish off my tab and even suggested sending me home with something else to make up for it. It’s rare to see such attentive and caring service, and it’s a big reason why I’ll continue coming back. Truly amazing customer service!“

“I am a connoisseur of crab legs, I’ve eaten them all over the world & I was rather disappointed in the taste, they were waterlogged & not seasoned! Our server was Nico he was pretty good …..The owner Fran at one point delivered more crab legs at our table & seamed annoyed and aggressively placed my crab leg plate on the table I did not appreciate it at all…. I asked for menus and was told that we don’t have that many menus for all of us to have one which I thought was weird it was only 3 of us….Overall the other food that I saw being bought to other tables like the oyster Rockefellers, the shrimp the french fries all of that looked good Fresh and the presentation was A1… I do plan on visiting here again, and hopefully I will have a better experience, but I will not be ordering any more crab legs.“

“First time trying the place today it was around 5pm. The place was clean, the food was bussin, salsa was in point, and the drink was good you can tell the clean the machine. Was only one guy waiting tables but he did an amazing job. I highly recommend the place.“

“Starting with the food, the food was good but unsafe. The sushi bar was on a conveyor belt, which was cool, but the only problem was how you never knew what you were eating and if you had allergies, than this is really unsafe. But overall the food tasted good and you have to cook your own steak and meat so it’s overall a good expiriance.

Now with service, up front it looks like you’re gonna be served by robots, but there are only 2 robots in total and it’s a rare chance that you get to see them. I clicked the call button because I didn’t know how we were supposed to cook our food and the button didn’t work at all. No body came.

The atmosphere was absolutely awesome, but they need more robots. The tvs are playing K-pop of course there is the conveyor belt, and it’s just awesome

Overall, this Restaurant is a fun experience, but they get your hopes down with robots, and need a safety contract.“

“I've been driving past this place everyday for the last 2 years. Finally decided to stop in and let's just say I'm a little disappointed I waited so long! The customer service is amazing, a few of the customers realized it was my first time and they started making suggestions which made it an inviting atmosphere, and the food...the food was amazing!!! I'm not a huge leftover person but there was so much food that I couldn't eat it all in one sitting. I refused to let it go to waste and enjoyed the rest for my lunch today! I would definitely recommend “

“Reservations were for a Friday night . Sad to say only a few in the restaurant. Food( grilled pork chop with red cabbage , sweet potato casserole with marshmallow on top send as a taster add on ) outstanding. Wife had pasta . Excellent!, Our waitress was Donna did great job attentive, service oriented, suggested the pork chop although at one point was a little confused about the menu.“

The food is amazing, like best wings I’ve had in Huntsville so far. Lemon Pepper wings were delicious. It’s a great lunch spot, the 10 piece lunch combo can’t be beat by anything in the area for how good of quality you’re getting. Call ahead to make sure you get around any potential waits.“
