excellent dining experience. great food and drinks with wonderful service. we truly enjoyed ourselves.
The food was very good. The host was kind and the waiter was very knowledgeable of the menu.
Food and atmosphere was amazing. Service was a little off, but they did have multiple large groups spread out through the restaurant that they were servicing. I did order a second meal to take home for lunch the next day lucky for me. They didn't put it on the ticket because that second meal never arrived. They did offer to make the meal for me, but we have already been at the restaurant for an hour and a half didn't wanna wait the extra 20 or 30 minutes for the next meal.

Amerigo Italian Restaurant offers a variety of delicious dishes and friendly, accommodating staff. Guests can enjoy huge portions of incredible dishes like Chicken Margarite, Lasagna, and the to die for Goat cheese salad. The Chicken Piccata is also delicious. While the service can sometimes be slow, the staff works hard to ensure guests feel welcomed and cared for. The manager and hostesses are very friendly. Guests have enjoyed their meals, with some praising the perfectly cooked filet and the strawberry tiramisu. One customer mentioned that the salmon on red cedar plank was absolutely awesome, with tasty mixed veggies and delicious mashed potatoes. There have been occasional problems, like a wrong order, overcooked calamari, and a lukewarm Fettuccine Alfredo. However, some visitors appreciated the prompt and thorough service and found the price point for the quality of food to be the best in the Huntsville area. Despite some issues, Amerigo's remains a good choice for a nice dinner out, offering excellent food and service that make it a highly recommended spot.
