You guys took care of my wife and I even though the alarm was raging. I’ve already recommended you guys to my co workers. The food was amazing.“

“My husband and I grew up in upstate NY so we know what real Italian pizza should taste like. Grimaldi’s certainly delivered. The pizza was exactly as we remembered. I must compliment our waitress Emma who was top notch. She was very attentive and gracious. We certainly will return again to enjoy their very delicious pizza.“

“Came here on a Monday night with no reservations. I was seated immediately with no wait. Our table ordered some shrimp scampi and the seasonal duck and sausage. They brought bread and oils out promptly. The food was really good. For desert, our table shared the peanut butter blondie, and we were not disappointed. We all drank water and the bill was like $75 for 3 people. Anytime I am in the mood for good Italian, Amerigos is definitely on my list.“

“Steak and scallops were cooked to perfection. Mashed potatoes were a little too lumpy. Green beans we delicious. Teramisu was great. Coffee was not very hot. Overall great dinner.“

“I came with my daughter and grandson and we had a wonderful dining experience! We loved sitting outdoors & noticed beautiful heaters available for cooler temperatures. Having gluten-free options was so extraordinary for the pizza and pasta! We ordered both!!! 2 pizzas (pepperoni & mushroom with caramelized onions) & Chicken Alfredo. The salads were so unique & beautifully plated. The bar options were also fabulous!! Having lived in Los Angeles for a long time and having great exposure to exceptional restaurants, we were certain to express our delight to our servers at having such delicious options today. We thought our favorite Italian restaurant in the state was in Birmingham, but being here changed our mind! Additionally, the pricing for our meal was excellent. So glad we had leftovers to enjoy for our next meal. Absolutely will return!!! Great experience all around!“

“We tried Nonna's for the first time last week, and we were very impressed. It was upscale, but not so much that you would ever feel underdressed. We tried the appetizers (mozzarella sticks), the pasta bake trio (excellent!), the fettucine alfredo (outstanding, and a different flavor than what I was used to. But nonetheless, wonderful!). We are looking forward to going back and trying more of the selections from the menu. Well done!“

“If you live or work in the vicinity of Winchester & Homer Nance I highly recommend trying Rafael’s Italian Restaurant!!! Not only because the place is nice and clean, prices are pretty amazing, and the baked spaghetti is FREAKING BOMB… but BECAUSE - I went by tonight to pick up our (now on permanent rotation) spaghetti and my order (always with special requests) was wrong. I ordered baked spaghetti with marinara (not meat) sauce, no mushrooms, add pepperoni and black olives. When I checked the order, there were mushrooms. So, I took it back inside. The young man that took my order looked puzzled when I said it had mushrooms & asked his co-worker if all baked spaghetti had mushrooms (he seemed fairly new). She said yes and he said, “Ah… she told me that (when I ordered), but I didn’t think it had them, so I didn’t write it down”. Then he sincerely apologized and asked them to remake it. He didn’t make excuses, he took responsibility and made it right. That, nowadays my friends, is RARE!! So, if you are out that way, give them a try!! I have had their pizza, the tortellini, & a large salad and all were good. The only thing I have not been impressed with is the garlic bread. Not toasted & not very garlicky. Not in the mood for Italian, they have sandwiches and even some Mexican-ish/Fajita type choices. Otherwise… 🤌🏻 They are just past Bed & Biscuit on Homer Nance. Bon Appetit!“

“I had a wonderful experience at Olive Garden. Our server was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed. Mine food was cooked perfectly and the atmosphere was very welcoming. The staff was amazing, I had an overall great experience and will be coming back some more.“

The manager on duty was Jamie. Jamie your service was top notch. Your recommendation for the pizza I selected was on point. Jamie conversation with you was great in addition to your kind spirit that you displayed. Everyone one that I had an encounter with was so kind and professional. The first element that I always pay close attention to is the level of customer service that any establishment shows. Again, the customer service along with the great food will be my reasons to return. Tonight, I brought my family along for their first time experience. They were thoroughly impressed and they aren’t easily impressed. So, I ordered the highly recommended chocolate chip cookies to go. I’m super excited to try them later. My hats off to Pappos once more. Trust me, I only give compliments when they’re earned plus offer to anyone or any place my suggestions for improvement in a professional manner. “The pizza here is amazing. We tried it on a whim around 5:30 on a Saturday night. It was not crowded and looked and felt really clean. The only draw back was that the soda fountain only had coke and was out of ice. We told the staff and the ice was immediately refilled, not big deal. My husband ordered the bbq wings and fries. He said the wings were just ok. The fries were perfect, and again, the pizza was amazing! I feel like that's what you go to a pizza place for anyway.“
