“So, I ordered because of the fried green tomatoes but will be coming back for the customer service and delicious food. I have a shellfish allergy so i was super curious to try the shrymp… I was not disappointed. Let’s face it it not real seafood but I was satisfied with the snap and texture of the plant based protein. I was nervous to try it because you never know when it comes to substitute shellfish but It was perfect. I called the restaurant before hand and they were so sweet and accommodating when it came to look up the ingredients just to double check. I will be a returning customer. Also i ordered through Uber so i can rate the atmosphere but i have a feel it is just as beautiful. 😘☺“

“Even though they were closed today, their website mistakenly showed they were open. Despite this, the owner went out of his way to accommodate me. He drove an hour back to the city to make my food, and his response was incredibly prompt. The food was hot, delicious, and prepared with care. On top of that, he was extremely polite and pleasant throughout the whole experience. Outstanding customer service! I will definitely be back to show my support.“

“I had a great experience at CAVA when I stopped in for dinner. The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was hoping for. What really made the visit stand out, though, was the new manager, Jelanie. He was incredibly welcoming, professional, and made sure everything was running smoothly. It's clear he genuinely cares about both the customers and his team. His positive attitude and excellent customer service made my dinner even more enjoyable. I'll definitely be coming back. “We had a great experience and the food was phenomenal! The cheese dip especially was super delicious! This is our second time back and we’ll be around again. Jose was our server and we would recommend him, quick with the ordering process and kind the entire time!“

“This place was amazing! Got the Bayou Hurricane loaded tea here (pineapple and watermelon) on a hot day and it was exactly what I needed: cold, fruity, and refreshing. And the fact that the size you get is huge and it's only 24 calories is just the cherry on top.

I was worried that all the teas here were boba once I arrived since that's not my preference, but upon asking I learned that that was just an optional add-on if you want. They have so many options and all of them sound awesome. Also, they have milkshakes too?! Definitely would love to come back.“

“I was on campus for the 2025 Alabama Religious Freedom Summit and decided to visit the cafeteria for lunch. The faculty, students and staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was quality was very high, as you would expect at an Adventist institution. Excellent salad bar. The vegan and vegetarian choices were clearly labelled, along with potential allergens. Beautiful view of campus from the window by my table. Overall a lovely experience.“
