“Not too many options that are fully dedicated vegan places in Huntsville so we were so happy to find Vujee! The staff was super kind both times we were there and the food was fantastic (had shrimp, chicken, and v Mac meals). They also had, when we were there, carrot and red velvet cake (what?!). “Even though they were closed today, their website mistakenly showed they were open. Despite this, the owner went out of his way to accommodate me. He drove an hour back to the city to make my food, and his response was incredibly prompt. The food was hot, delicious, and prepared with care. On top of that, he was extremely polite and pleasant throughout the whole experience. Outstanding customer service! I will definitely be back to show my support.“

“The acai bowl was absolutely amazing, loved and we will absolutely order again.The avocado toast was the saddest thing ever...literally toast smeared with the tiniest bit of avocado and drowned in Sriracha. “Our evening here was off to a slow start but it was worth the wait. Our food was excellent and I’ll definitely be back. We had the Saag Paneer and Paneer Tikka Masala. The Tikka Masala had a lot of cilantro. It was different but still very good. We also had a side of buttered naan and finished off with some kheer. The paneer tasted very fresh as did everything else. This might be my favorite Indian place in Huntsville. The portion size was good value for both the entrees.“

“I really enjoyed the pho (meatball/brisket/tripe) and spring rolls from Viet Huong. The broth was savory and seasoned well. The spring rolls were delicious with the peanut sauce. The only note I would add is making the spring rolls more uniform in size and composition. I’ve never had spring rolls with Thai Basil before but it was good! I was immediately greeted and promptly seated in a booth. The restaurant was inviting, friendly, and busy for dinner time. I’m from out of town but will definitely be returning on my next trip to Huntsville, Alabama!“

“This place was amazing! Got the Bayou Hurricane loaded tea here (pineapple and watermelon) on a hot day and it was exactly what I needed: cold, fruity, and refreshing. And the fact that the size you get is huge and it's only 24 calories is just the cherry on top.

I was worried that all the teas here were boba once I arrived since that's not my preference, but upon asking I learned that that was just an optional add-on if you want. They have so many options and all of them sound awesome. Also, they have milkshakes too?! Definitely would love to come back.“

At times the line can be long, so if you are trying to eat at a very popular time, I suggest ordering online ahead of time! I used to love Zoe’s Kitchen, and when CAVA acquired them, I was a bit disappointed in the beginning… now I’m grateful for CAVA :)“

“I was on campus for the 2025 Alabama Religious Freedom Summit and decided to visit the cafeteria for lunch. The faculty, students and staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was quality was very high, as you would expect at an Adventist institution. Excellent salad bar. The vegan and vegetarian choices were clearly labelled, along with potential allergens.
