His food is amazing. I’m not vegan, vegetarian or any of that stuff. But, I consider his food to be the best in town. You will never leave their hungry or feeling cheated. His portions are gigantic and taste good.
Chef Will the Palate is my favorite vegan restaurant. But not only that. He is always willing to share nutrients of wisdom for the brain and soul along with the food he cooks for my body. Whenever my children from the east coast visit, Chef Will the Palate is a must do experience.
My partner and I were recommended Chef Will as we needed something great to eat and as I don't eat meat, this was perfect. I swear the portion was big enough for the 2 of us. we had the mushroom meal, with yellow rice, avocado, plantin and spinach. I could eat that again. it was soooo nice.
