“I have recently lost 115 pounds due to having a gastric sleeve surgery in Feb 2025 and this place makes my journey easier on me. I wandered into the establishment not knowing what to order to order to help me reach my daily protein needs and give me a healthier option for lunch. Alex, the manager is amazing she personally worked with me to help me figure everything out and I am a regular now and although I don't live in Huntsville I get my planey smoothie fix as much as I possibly can. I recently got to meet the owner Mrs. Diana and she is so kind and accommodating I just have to convince her to start opening on Sunday bc I had to go to another competitor one Sunday and I was thoroughly disappointed. FYI stay away from smoothie king off university save your money, time and taste buds. I have had such a wonderful experience at planet smoothie that I even made a Christmas gift for Alex to show my deep appreciation and whenever I go in now I feel like coming to see friends and I feel like I matter. They go above and beyond to meet all my needs and I have never been disappointed not once. Their smoothies are worth every penny you'll spend and I would recommend them to all my friends and family in the surrounding bariatric community. I can't express enough how vital they have been to my success and I know they will continue to be going forward. Planet Smoothie thank you for making me feel important and taking a real interest in my health journey in this day and age that's rare but they really are in a category above all the rest simply put they're in a class of their own.“

“A friend and I are road-tripping through the south eating BBQ. This is the first white sauce place we've been to, and it was hands-down some of the best BBQ we've ever had.

The pulled pork is juicy, tart, and pairs well with the sweet sauce. The chicken's moist, but, damn, that white sauce makes the chicken really something special.

The white sauce itself is fantastic. It strikes the right balance between vinegar tart, cream, and pepper. I couldn't believe how good it is.

Lastly, the service crew were friendly, sweet, and showed us great hospitality. They cared about making a good impression!

“Even though they were closed today, their website mistakenly showed they were open. Despite this, the owner went out of his way to accommodate me. He drove an hour back to the city to make my food, and his response was incredibly prompt. The food was hot, delicious, and prepared with care. On top of that, he was extremely polite and pleasant throughout the whole experience. Outstanding customer service! I will definitely be back to show my support.“

After having some sort of an allergic reaction while visiting, Shannon, our server was quick to action to get all the ingredients lists and the necessary people to help. Lane and Maddy, the managers, made sure I was well taken care of and Brielle took the time to help getting the ingredient lists as well. “Ended up here for my 1st ever visit that turned into an impromptu divorce party and let me just say I loved it! I had just come from a gala downtown and was totally overdressed but I was welcomed with smiles and all the good vibes. I'm a lemon drop martini kinda girl and was a little skeptical, but was pleasantly surprised that the quality of my drink was top notch- and the price was a bonus! I've been back one other time to meet a friend for a quick drink and I'm liking it. It's the perfect spot when I'm not wanting to get all dressed up.“

“Was not very happy about my chicken salad sandwich. Both bread and chicken salad were very dry. Very hard to eat with out having to take a drink with every bite. Flavor was OK. Might try it again, but will look at chicken salad before ordering to see how dry it is.“
