We have been multiple times. Food is usually good but the lady that’s takes the orders continuously gets the order wrong and is not customer service oriented.
I’ve given this place many chances and they have screwed up every time. Now the food isn’t terrible, but it’s nothing special, which I know going in so that’s to be expected. But the customer service isn’t there. They seem to be mad that you walk into the establishment. And today I upgraded to the fried rice, just to be served regular white rice with some soy sauce thrown on top, no eggs, 4 peas and 2 diced carrots. Teriyaki Madness is awesome! They have great food, when I order for pick up it’s always ready when they say it will be. The customer service is excellent. I definitely recommend this restaurant if you have not tried it go check them out!
