I want to give a big shout out to Marvin at Donatos Pizza in Huntsville. This was one of the only restaurants open today, and since we were going a little bit stir crazy we decided to go out to eat for the first time since the ice storm.
Marvin encouraged us to come in, was extremely helpful with our questions about the menu, and thanked us multiple times for coming in.
BONUS: They had Christian music playing while you dine in with them.

Nice that you can do half and half pizzas here. There were a few different kinds I was considering so this gave me the option to try more than one. Wanted to love it but the crust wasn’t my favorite. Not sure if it was undercooked? I selected thin crust but it seemed kinda doughy. That and some of the veggie toppings seemed like they could’ve stayed in the oven for longer also.

Donatos Pizza provides excellent customer service, with staff who are always nice and respectful. Aaron particularly went above and beyond for a family ordering for a funeral, and the team is accommodating, helping with group pictures and rearranging tables. The food is delicious, with popular picks like the gluten-free "The Works" pizza, which leaves no leftovers. Orders arrive on time, and the restaurant's warm atmosphere makes it a favorite among the community. Wheelchair accessibility is also noted as not being a problem. Customers appreciate the franchise for its great service and the caring nature of the owners, who are described as great Christian people.
