Excellent service, friendly environment
Unfortunately, the service was pretty disappointing during our visit. There were several tables that stayed dirty for quite a while, and our appetizer dishes were never cleared from our table, even after our entrees came out.
We were also only given one napkin each, so when our server finally came back over, my husband asked for another. She offered to bring us wet naps instead, but never came back with them. I eventually had to call her over to remind her, which I really...read full review

My family and I visited on Sunday before Labor Day early evening. Traffic was low inside. But we were pleasantly suprised with the wait, food, and server. Bartender even stepped in when a party of 20 required our server to step away temporarily. Great team at this Chili's 💯

Chili's Grill & Bar offers delicious food in a pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant has wheelchair accessibility and a spacious layout. The staff provided excellent service and catered well to dietary needs. The vegetarian options include a veggie burger made with black beans. The service was good but a little slow at times, and this location probably has the slowest service ever. The food was okay. The bacon burger double patty had less bacon than expected. The fajitas are iffy, like a garlic butter on the chicken. The triple dipper was liked but the chicken tenders didn't have much sauce. The beer was cold. The food was ready at the time promised on takeout orders.
