“I needed a birthday dinner for my husband who is a huge carne Asada fan. My son recommended them so we stopped. I ordered the street tacos. They come with both hot and mild salsa. They are spicy. But he was a huge fan said they were very good. If the scale was 0-4. He said they were a 5.5 so they must have been amazing. Go check them out.“

I have had these tacos a few times now. I have had tacos in many states and countries. These tacos are top tier and have a truly authentic flavor and texture. The birria tacos were outstanding and fried to perfection. The consomme’ was rich and worthy of sipping after the tacos were gone. The beef tacos, marinated pork, and chicken were on point as well. The speed of the food preparation and the presentation of the food were top notch! Also the salsa verde and pepper sauces provided a kick that complemented the flavor of the food. WELL DONE!!!!!!!!“

“Called several places to order items to make a Taco Bar for several people coming over for Bama Football Game, after being disappointed in all the customer service and willing to help me order just what I needed, I called Taco Mama... the person was super professional, helpful and we above and beyond to help me order and get exactly what I needed and was looking for... All of their pork is exceptional, but their pastor needs to be nationally recognized - crispy and tender, with the perfect balance of savory, fruity, and spicy (both spices and heat), this is easily the best al pastor I’ve ever eaten. Wash it down with a swig of Jarritos Mexican Cola and you have one of the best flavor experiences in North Alabama. Also of note is the salsas, which are fresh and complement the meats perfectly.
